Zuma was founded by chef Rainer Becker in London in 2002 and offers its guests Japanese cuisine of the very highest quality. Zuma cuisine essentially consists of three different components: The main kitchen with a selection of contemporary dishes, the Sushi Bar and the Robata Grill.
Inspired by the great success of the fine dining concept, Zuma restaurants have now been opened in world metropolises such as Hong Kong, Dubai, New York, Rome and Istanbul. Kitzbühel's first and only "Leading Hotel of the World" was built in the 17th century and recently renovated and is located right next to the charming 700-year-old old town centre with its numerous boutiques, shops, cafés and casino. Guests are invited to enjoy an exclusive Zuma experience, including famous specialities such as miso-marinated black cod wrapped in hoba leaves and spicy beef fillet with sesame, red chilli and sweet soy; award-winning cocktails and renowned DJs.
