While the beach and watersports at Lago Trasimeno are a short drive away, golfers can choose between a 9-hole course in Panicarola or an 18-hole course in Ellera Umbra.

In the basement of the villa there is a temperature-controlled wine cellar with a tasting room. At the entrance gate of the property there is a winery with large glass doors overlooking a cozy terrace with a typical pizza oven.
