The location at the highest point of the sunny hillside right on the edge of the forest is unique – in addition to the already mentioned sun, peace and quiet characterize a wonderful view – especially to the Wilder Kaiser – and an unobstructed, idyllic environment this special place. The existing property is partly dedicated as a leisure residence. The center of St. Johann with its diverse shops, boutiques, cafés, restaurants and the popular weekly market in the pedestrian zone can be reached in a few minutes, as can the airport and the harness racing track.
