When the colorful facades of Kitzbühel’s Old Town sparkle in festive lights and the scent of roasted chestnuts and mulled wine fills the streets, the most beautiful time of the year begins in the “Gamsstadt”: the Kitzbühel Advent. From 19th November to 28th December 2025, the Hinterstadt and Stadtpark transform into a magical winter wonderland, enchanted by their unique Tyrolean charm.

Strolling through the market, visitors can enjoy festively decorated stalls, regional delicacies, and mulled wine served in the special Advent mugs. Traditional crafts invite discovery and admiration. Daily live music from 6:00 pm to 6:30 pm in the historic town center and Stadtpark adds to the festive atmosphere. A special highlight is the 8th December, when the Wiltener Sängerknaben perform at 4:30 pm and 6:00 pm.
