From the end of November onwards, Kitzbühel transforms into a Christmas-themed setting. When the scent of mulled wine and gingerbread wafts through the snowy town, it's that time again: the Kitzbühel Advent, and with it, the Kitzbühel Christmas market, opens its doors. Numerous stalls offer a colorful array, from fragrant culinary delights and delicious hot drinks to unique crafts and exquisite gift items, inviting you to enjoy the pre-Christmas season with all your senses.
From November 20th to December 26th, the Hinterstadt and Stadtpark transform into an enchanting Advent market every Wednesday to Sunday from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
The city comes alive with storytellers and an impressive nativity scene exhibition. The traditional Kitzbühel Advent evokes childhood memories. At lovingly crafted stalls, you'll find regional delicacies and traditional craftsmanship. Mulled wine is enjoyed from specially designed Advent mugs, while performances by local choirs and music groups create a festive atmosphere. Children can paint Christmas stars, admire the popular petting zoo, or pass the time until Christmas Eve at the Christmas post office.
